Graffiti was found on the elevator and in the men’s room at the Ben Franklin building in downtown Hilo sometime between 8:15-8:30 a.m. Friday.
Anyone with information about this incident or who knows the identity of the individuals pictured is asked to call Officer Gregory Ikeda at 961-2213 or the police nonemergency line at 935-3311.
